Su Xi, a congenital heart disease patient, hides her illness to approach Gu Yu'an, a cold-hearted cardiac surgeon, to fulfill her wish of drawing 100 portraits for her lover. They go from clashing to falling in love, and just as Gu Yu'an finally lets go of the pain of his sister's death from heart disease and decides to spend his life protecting Su Xi, he discovers her secret—while the matching heart for her is from his sister, whom he's searched for ten years. When love's redemption becomes a choice between family and love, Su Xi's brush stops at the 99th portrait. How will Gu Yu'an struggle between saving his love and living with guilt over his sister?
