Lin Yang, a young village doctor with a hereditary "Divine Eye" that lets him diagnose incurable diseases and identify rare treasures, ventures alone to the bustling Huadu to find his missing master. Upon arrival, he's rejected by a top hospital for being a "country bumpkin doctor," but accidentally saves Su Wan, the daughter of the Su Group who's being chased. Su Wan initially despises his rusticity and recklessness, but after Lin Yang uses his Divine Eye to expose a corporate spy for her and cure her grandfather's terminal illness, her attitude toward this "hillbilly" shifts—from sarcasm to initiative, even helping him investigate clues about his master. Moreover, Lin Yang discovers that his master's disappearance is linked to Su Wan's family's archenemy. Thus, an urban adventure of medicine, conspiracy, and true love begins.
