Loser office worker Lin Xiaoman wakes up to find a bad-tempered thousand-year-old female demon, Qingqiu, living in her body. Qingqiu claims she needs Lin's body to become human, but only if she helps Lin 'reverse her loser life'. But Qingqiu's 'reverse methods' are all crazy: using fox charm to confront the boss (ends up looking insane), kidnapping the company crush to the rooftop for a confession (makes him cry), and they fight for control of the body every day—from hating each other to quietly caring. Until one day, Qingqiu's demon power starts fading, and Lin realizes: the demon's 'becoming human' actually means taking over her soul? But she's already gotten used to this 'troublemaker'...
