Lin Mo, a deliveryman in the city’s lower ranks, is always bullied but holds kindness in his heart. On a rainy night, he saves a mysterious old man chased by thugs, getting a psychic jade pendant that can sense others' predicaments and goodwill. Later, with this ability, he helps neighbors find lost cats, exposes malicious merchant competition, and resolves long-standing neighborhood conflicts, evolving from a humble errand boy to a trusted light of the city. However, his extraordinary actions attract a gang that covets the pendant, setting a trap. Using kindness as his weapon, he protects those around him in a passionate fight, proving that goodness can shake the indifference and unfairness of the fantasy city.
