Lin Chuan, a down-and-out streamer, does his first treasure appraisal live stream to raise money for his mother's medical bills—only to receive a tattered Republican-era embroidered shoe. Inside the shoe, there's not just a spirit jade system that can appraise treasures, but also a qipao-clad ancient beauty named Su Wan! It turns out Su Wan is the shoe's original owner, a former immortal cultivator junior sister framed in her past life, and Lin Chuan is the senior brother she's been searching for for a thousand years. Now, he has to reverse his fate by appraising treasures with the system, help Su Wan break her seal, and deal with antique tycoons who want the shoe. A hilarious counterattack of "treasure appraisal + immortal cultivation" officially begins with this embroidered shoe!
