The True and False Lucky Star

share time: 2025-12-05 06:01:53

Trainee Lucky Star Cheng Xiaotang descends to earth to help Lin Chuan, a reclusive programmer, break his "loneliness curse." But she finds someone impersonating her—Su Xiao, a debt-ridden bit-part actor, who’s using the "Lucky Star" identity to gain Lin Chuan’s trust. One is desperate to complete her divine mission, the other planned to "make quick money" but gradually falls for him. They compete with tricks to prove their "authenticity," while Lin Chuan, seemingly fooled, has long seen through the truth from small details—like the "Lucky Star" being afraid of spicy food and loving convenience store oden. When Cheng Xiaotang tries to expose Su Xiao, Lin Chuan takes out the hand warmer Su Xiao gave him while he coded: "The real Lucky Star is the one who pulled me out of loneliness." How will these three "misaligned" people face the true feelings hidden behind "truth and falsehood"?
