A-Ruan, a minor fairy, has guarded the Immortal Execution Platform for 300 years, tending to the spider lilies beneath it, just to secretly watch Mo Yuan, the God of War who often comes here to meditate. But today, Mo Yuan is tied to the platform—accused of colluding with the Demon Lord and stealing an ancient artifact. The gods clamor for his execution, but A-Ruan suddenly rushes forward. Her fingertips burst into golden light with spider lilies, projecting the scene of the Demon Lord disguising as Mo Yuan to steal the treasure! It turns out she is the spirit of the ancient divine tree, and the spider lilies are her "spiritual eyes" that can retrieve the past. When the Demon Lord's conspiracy is revealed in the light, the gods freeze—the "lowly fairy" they despised has used her 300-year obsession to shatter everyone's prejudice and save the man she holds dear.
