Su Wan, a master embroiderer, is reborn in modern times with the pain of being separated from General Gu Zhao in her past life due to a villain’s scheme—they had pledged lifelong love with ‘Lianli Embroidery’ (intertwined love embroidery), but on their wedding night, she was framed for treason. Gu Zhao died protecting her, and Su Wan committed suicide holding half an embroidered handkerchief, vowing to ‘continue their fate in the next life’. In this life, she meets Gu Shiyan, an architect who looks identical to Gu Zhao, but he has no memory of their past and finds her ‘pursuit’ with the old handkerchief absurd. Su Wan gets close via embroidery: the shirt she makes him hides a past-life peach blossom pattern, and restoring his family heirloom reveals the other half of the ‘Lianli Handkerchief’… When Gu Shiyan touches the complete handkerchief, past memories flood in—he also reborn with obsession, but his memory was sealed. As the past misunderstanding unfolds, can they reweave their broken fate with threads?
