On her way home from work, Lin Xiaoman passed a parking lot and saw a little girl tied up in the back seat of a car, crying hysterically. Without hesitation, she grabbed a fire extinguisher and smashed the window to save her. But when the car owner Jiang Wanqing arrived, she pointed at Lin and screamed, “Car thief!” and even sued her to the police station with a “car damage bill.” Just as Lin was being attacked online as “crazy for fame,” she accidentally found Jiang’s fake license plate records—turns out the “tied-up child” was abducted by Jiang! Lin secretly followed Jiang to her den, filmed the human traffickers’ deal, and handed the evidence to the police. In the end, Jiang was sent to prison. Holding the truly rescued girl, Lin said to the camera: “I saved a life, not a doormat for framing.”
