Lin Wan, a night-shift restorer at a museum, guards the Ming Dynasty painting *Moon and Wind* every night. Strange things have been happening lately—the指尖 of the man in green in the painting trembles with the moonlight, and his whisper "A Zhao" echoes late at night. On the eve of Mid-Autumn Festival, the man steps out from the painting under the moon, revealing he is Gu Zhao, a Ming Dynasty painter sealed inside, and Lin Wan is his lover from a past life whose wedding was left unfinished. But every dawn, when the rooster crows, Gu Zhao dissolves into wispy wind. Only the millennium osmanthus fragrance on the 15th full moon night can break the seal. As Lin Wan combs through ancient books for clues to the fragrance, she discovers the curator has long targeted the painting—even plotting to burn it... Can the red thread of a past life bind the wind of the present? Will the promise under the moonlight be shattered by dawn?
