On a stormy night, backpacker Lin Shen is caught in a sudden gale while hiking and stumbles into an abandoned ancient temple. The flickering candlelight reveals faint暗红 (dark red) streaks at the corners of the deity's eyes, and faint scratching sounds emanate from the walls. When he seeks shelter, the temple caretaker emerges from the shadows, repeatedly whispering the taboo 'No one enters the temple alone.' As Lin Shen discovers a half -残缺 (残缺) mural behind the shrine, the temple doors slam shut on their own, and footsteps that don't belong to humans approach amidst the rain. The story on the mural eerily overlaps with reality, and the statues seem to shift their gaze. Is this crisis a curse of the old temple or a mystery of human hearts?
