Modern parkour girl Su Xiaotang travels back in time to become the "runaway wild concubine" of the Dayong Dynasty. She turns Emperor Xiao Jingyan's "warning" into a joke right after entering the palace—fishing koi from the imperial pond to make grilled skewers, making the provoking imperial concubine cry and run away, and stealing the show at the palace banquet with mixology skills. What's more, she uncovers the corrupt officials' scheme with modern logic and secretly helps the emperor solve his urgent problem. Just as the cold emperor is gradually moved by her vitality, Su Xiaotang waves an escape map and laughs: "Your Majesty, I'm a wild girl who wants to travel all over the mountains and rivers—I won't be trapped in this palace cage!"
