Veteran special forces soldier Lin Chuan goes undercover as a security guard at the "Neon Night" club to find his missing sister. Every night at 11 PM, a woman in a moon-white cheongsam appears on time, ordering an unchanging "Wangchuan Water" but never leaving sober. Even more suspicious: all recently missing young girls had traces here. When Lin Chuan follows the cheongsam woman to the underground warehouse, he finds his sister's hairband—turns out the woman is his sister's best friend, using herself as bait to lure the mastermind out. This night shift is not just a journey to find family, but also a redemption game under neon lights. Every flickering light hides unspoken affection and truth.
