On a crimson rain-lashed night, a throne of bones awaits. Dubbed the 'Asura Godslayer', he is reviled for slaughtering cities and hanging a whip woven from 100,000 souls at his waist. None know that two decades prior, during a devastating plague, these bloodstained hands carved flesh from his own heart to save countless infants—including the defiant youth now pressing a sword to his throat. 'I enact heaven's justice today!' the youth screams. The Godslayer merely traces the lotus birthmark on the boy's neck, smiling bitterly: 'Every breath you take… was bought with my own child's life.'
