Lin Xiaoman, a single white-collar worker, checks into an old hotel for a business trip. The front desk repeatedly insists, "Your room is for two." At night, she faces strange horrors: unknown gasps from the bathroom, a red-dressed shadow under the bed, and偷拍 videos of herself sleeping on her phone. On the verge of collapse, hotel maintenance worker Chen Mo reveals the truth—all "supernatural" events are fake, created by a fraud gang using pinhole cameras and directional sonar to force her into a high-value compensation agreement. Enraged, Lin teams up with Chen to record the gang's crimes with anti-surveillance equipment, taking them down and exposing the lie of "a ghost under the bed."
