Dawn Dream Lost in Butterflies

Gifted painter Lu Xiaomeng discovers an ancient artwork 'Butterfly Dream' during her creative block, which transports her to its inky world every midnight. There she meets the elegant guardian Zhuang Zhou, their playful romance unfolding among misty mountains. But as gallery agent Xu Feng covets the painting in reality, butterflies start dying en masse and Zhuang Zhou fades. When Xiaomeng finds the vermilion pigment linking both worlds, she must choose: stay to cure her mother's illness or remain in the painting to save Zhuang Zhou's disappearing soul.
