During the morning rush hour, Lin Chuan sees an elderly woman collapse on a crowded bus. He rushes to help but accidentally brushes a female passenger’s arm. The woman immediately yells “pervert,” and the whole bus glares at him with disdain—even the driver threatens to kick him off. Lin Chuan tries to explain he’s saving someone, but he’s accused of “faking kindness.” Just as he takes out his medical license, the elderly woman wakes up, grabs his hand, and shouts “my savior!” At the same time, the bus radio broadcasts: “Lin Chuan, the city’s youngest cardiac surgeon, successfully performed a rare myocardial infarction operation yesterday…” It turns out his “inappropriate” move was checking the woman’s vital signs—a professional first-aid action. The bus falls silent instantly. The accuser lowers her head in shame, while Lin Chuan just helps the woman up and says, “Let’s take grandma to the hospital first.”
