In 1998, Lin Qiang, a young man from Kaoshan Tun, accidentally caused his elder brother's death while saving him, and his mother was hospitalized with a sudden serious illness, unable to afford treatment. One night, he dreamed of his brother pointing to the grass behind the mountain—where his brother had saved wild duck eggs and soft-shelled turtles in advance. Lin Qiang dug a basket and sold them in the county town, just in time for the county's largest restaurant "Fulai Ju" to urgently need pure natural rural ingredients (the boss wanted to compete for the Dragon Boat Festival banquet business and was worried about no wild goods). His goods became an exclusive source, but competitors resorted to dirty tricks: smashing his basket, snatching supplies from farmers. However, at critical moments, things always "coincidentally" resolved: the one who smashed the basket broke his leg that day, and the truck snatching supplies overturned into a ditch. Even more strangely, every time he was short of money, he received an anonymous remittance with the note "From Big Brother". In less than two years, Lin Qiang became the "wild goods king" for restaurants in the city. When he read his brother's diary, he discovered that his brother had noticed he would have an accident that year, and those wild goods were saved by him secretly every day half a year in advance...
