Lin Yuan, an emergency doctor from modern times, accidentally travels back to the Three Kingdoms period due to an experiment. He immediately stumbles upon a village raided by rebel armies and saves a dying elder with his first-aid kit, only to be surrounded by villagers who think he’s a “cursed sorcerer”. Just in time, Su Zhaoyi, a reclusive beauty and divine doctor, comes to his rescue. She’s both skeptical and curious about Lin’s “Western medical miracles” (intravenous injection, disinfection), and they argue endlessly over “medical principles”. But when they team up to save Guan Yu, who’s hit by an arrow, their combination of penicillin and hemostatic powder snatches him from death. However, Cao Cao’s pursuers are approaching—how will they break through the siege with the severely wounded Guan Yu and their conflicting ideas?
