Lin Wan, a surgeon from a top Beijing hospital, gave up her promising career to return to Taohua Village as a rural doctor—to fulfill her late grandma's wish. At first, villagers dismissed her as "too young and untrustworthy"—even a mother refused to let her treat her feverish child. That changed when she saved the village chief from a sudden heart attack using grandma's acupuncture. But just as she gained trust, Wang Bo, the village's "veteran healer," began sabotaging her out of fear of being replaced: hiding her medical kit, spreading rumors that "city doctors are fraudulent." Meanwhile, Chen Mo, a vet back to raise cattle, mistook her for a scam artist. They bickered until they teamed up to help a dystocic cow—where Lin Wan found a secret in grandma's old medical book: why grandma gave up a city hospital job to stay in the village. When modern medicine clashes with traditional remedies, and perseverance meets misunderstanding, can Lin Wan uphold her grandma's original intention and become the true "miracle doctor" of the village?
