Lin Chuan, a mechanical engineering dropout bullied out of academia, stumbles upon Su Wanwan’s mecha blueprints in an old lab—her "revenge weapon" to avenge her family’s business ruined by a fake science tycoon. To reclaim his plagiarized research, Lin makes a deal with Su: "Build the mecha, get my innocence back." From bickering to synergy, they piece together the "Moonlight Mecha" from scrap parts. At an international tech expo, their creation crushes the tycoon’s "priceless" work, clearing Su’s name and restoring Lin’s genius reputation. But when the mecha powers up, they realize their "contract" had always hidden true feelings.
