Chen Zhaoyi, an investment banker under Victoria Harbour's neon lights, targets "Ruyi Workshop" in Hong Kong's old street for an urban renewal project, only to stumble into Bai Xueru's mortise-and-tenon world—she guards her grandmother's intangible cultural heritage woodworking, and the last trace of warmth in the old street. When efficiency-driven capital logic clashes with the craftsman's slow persistence, they go from confrontation to hidden affection. But Chen hasn't revealed his childhood secret: his warmest memory is his grandmother teaching him to carve wooden kites in the old street; and Bai doesn't know the project is actually a "protective renovation" plan. In a love game of "holding on" vs "changing", when the truth comes out, can they守住 each other's original intentions?
