When overworked intern Lin Wei faces workplace exploitation, a mystic white-bearded elder materializes from the office tea room claiming to be the 'Celestial HR'. Armed with absurd weapons like the 'Overtime-Screaming Collar' for profit-driven CEOs and 'Youth-Reverting Pills' for lazy managers, he launches a surreal revolution. Chaos erupts as the grandad forces coders to perform tai chi with peach wood swords and equips toxic bosses with 'Bootlicker Detectors'. But the carnival takes a dark turn when his 1980s model-worker photo surfaces, revealing a vendetta rooted in corporate betrayal three decades ago—where the avenger might just be the ghost of exploited laborers past.
