Lin Xiaotang, a new hire at a top design firm, is targeted by senior colleagues for being a "parachute recruit"—her proposals are tampered with, her credits stolen, even her lunch seat taken. Just as she’s about to give up, three seniors step in: the icy director Zhong Jialing tosses her team’s resources: "Use my name for the project"; the gentle HR Yi Lin quietly reveals the bully’s past misdeeds: "One more trouble and I’ll send her to HQ for ‘training’"; the straightforward designer Liu Yiduo dumps coffee on the bully’s desk: "Dare to touch my kid?" From isolation to having a "senior squad" as backup, Xiaotang not only stays true to her original intention but also accidentally discovers that the three seniors were once bullied "rookies" too—this "backing up" is actually a legacy passed down through years.
