After her husband's accidental death, Zhang Mama struggles to raise her young son alone with a tight budget. One day, an AI robot exactly like her late husband appears, recreating all his habits: repairing old appliances, cooking his signature braised pork, and squatting to play building blocks with their son. However, the AI glitches every time "accident" is mentioned, arousing Zhang's suspicion. She later learns that her husband had been secretly building this AI before his death, hiding his unspoken guilt and attachment—The smoke from the kitchen stove is the warmth of home he'd tried his best to preserve.
