Lin Xiaoman has a "strange illness" since childhood—she can see fragmented futures. She helped a neighbor avoid a car accident but was called a "jinx"; she stopped a classmate's cheating boyfriend only to be isolated. Until she crashed into Gu Jingchuan, a top investment banker. She saw he would be hit by a car in 3 minutes, so she rushed to push him away, scraping her knee. Gu, a die-hard scientism believer, scoffed at first—until he witnessed her predictions come true: a client's default, a friend's danger. Gradually, he was drawn to this "little sun who reads the future." But when Xiaoman's power suddenly fades, even showing a vision of them "parting ways," they realize: the most precious thing is never knowing the ending, but turning "possible tragedy" into "our own comedy" together.
