Mainland corporate executive Chen Zhaoyi travels to Hong Kong to push for an old district renewal project, only to clash fiercely with Bai Xueru, a DJ determined to keep her family's old radio shop—the very place holding his childhood memories. When he accidentally discovers Bai Xueru's voice is identical to the radio recording that encouraged him through his lowest point a decade ago, buried memories flood back: the girl who sent warmth via radio waves under Victoria Harbour's night is actually the "opponent" standing against him now. Will he stick to his project principles, or retrieve the warmth buried by time? The waves of Victoria Harbour hide their unspoken fate and the chance for a reunion.
