Soft-hearted cat lover Su Xiao rents out a spare room to strict clean-freak tycoon Lu Yu to cut down on living costs. Her plump orange cat keeps sneaking into Lu’s study and messing up his organized space, and Lu can’t shake the faint, sweet kitten scent clinging to Su Xiao — a scent that triggers his childhood trauma of being abandoned by his first cat. What begins as mutual annoyance slowly turns into quiet attraction, as Lu can’t help but notice Su’s tender side while she plays with her cat. When he collapses from a sudden stomachache, Su rushes to help him, wrapping him in her scarf dotted with cat fur. The warm, familiar scent instantly melts his icy heart, and he finally admits he’s been captivated by her and her unique aura long before he realized it, even letting go of his long-held fear of cats.
