Ten years ago, Jiang Ruijia and Lin Shen promised to stay together forever on a snowy night, but Lin Shen suddenly vanished, leaving only a letter saying, "I betrayed you." A decade later, Jiang Ruijia, now a jewelry designer, reunites with Lin Shen at a new product launch—he has become the president of a rival company, with a "fiancée" by his side. Just as Jiang Ruijia believes the past was all a lie, an old medical report in a relic reveals the truth: Lin Shen was in the advanced stage of leukemia back then and left to avoid dragging her down, while the "fiancée" is actually his former attending doctor. As snow falls again, can they resolve the misunderstanding and retrieve the vow buried by the snow?
