"Spring Tide at the Beijing Olympics" follows Zhang Xiaotang, an intern at the Olympic volunteer recruitment office, who meets Lin Shen, a former sprinter who retired due to injury and now works as a courier. To reignite his passion for sports, Xiaotang secretly compiles Lin Shen's old training logs into an "Athlete Spirit Sharing Course" and forces him to be a volunteer lecturer.
