For three years, Lin Wan has woken up screaming every night—haunted by the vision of her boyfriend Gu Shen reaching for her in a rain-soaked car crash, only to vanish into flames. She survives on sleeping pills until one late night, when she bumps into a man in a navy shirt at an antique store—wearing Gu Shen’s engraved necklace, even sharing the exact habit of touching his earlobe. The man claims he’s Shen Shi, a newly returned architect, with no memory of Lin Wan’s tears. But when Shen Shi starts invading her life—fixing her leaky balcony, making ginger tea for her insomnia, even knowing her mint candies are hidden in the deepest drawer—Lin Wan must face a terrifying question: Is Gu Shen back? Or is someone recreating her nightmare? As the night lingers, she grabs Shen Shi’s wrist and demands, “Who are you?” And in his eyes, the familiar, heart-wrenching tenderness she thought she’d lost slowly resurfaces.
