Unemployed Lin Xiaoman returns to her childhood old alley after graduation, wanting to catch a breath in familiar hustle and bustle, but unexpectedly meets Shen Yichen, her long-lost childhood friend. Back then, due to misunderstanding about further education, she left home with guilt, thinking he gave up their promise of designing the alley together. Now Shen, a famous architect, is leading the alley's protective renovation, and Lin comes to apply for his assistant. Old hand-drawn albums and hopscotch chalk marks evoke memories. Time reverses, and the missed warmth returns—two hearts draw close again under the old walls of the alley.
