17-year-old Lin Xiaoman, the last heir of a reclusive Feng Shui clan, descends the mountain to protect Su Wan, a wealthy heiress, to fulfill his master's wish. Su Wan, a staunch materialist, scoffs at Lin's "Feng Shui tricks"—until a red-clad female ghost appears in the swimming pool at midnight and a blood-oozing ancient jade is found in her bedroom wall. Those "coincidences" turn out to be a deadly plot targeting her soul. While Lin uses his compass to locate evil positions and talismans to seal malevolent energy, he also deals with Su's sarcastic remarks. But when Su is dragged into a mirror world by a vengeful ghost, Lin has to reveal his secret: he can only use the forbidden technique three times in his life... Can they break the curse? And what secrets about Lin's past lie behind the conspiracy against the Su family?
