Lin Hu, the rebellious lord of a mountain bandit clan, is determined to break the fate of "bandits being bandits forever." By chance, he binds to the "Imperial Exam Counterattack System" and ventures to the capital to take the exam—despite being almost illiterate! He misreads "The Analects" as "The Fish Lectures" and writes policy essays using bandit kidnapping logic. Then he meets Su Wanqing, a cold and refined female scholar, who forces him to study. From "bandit-style answers" to "imperial exam dark horse," their bickering over studies sparks sweet chemistry. Can this rough bandit lord counterattack into a top scholar with his "bandit wisdom"? What secrets hide behind the system? Watch the wildest lord turn the imperial exam hall into his "second bandit battlefield"!
