Lin Xiao, a top graduate from a city university, returns to her remote mountain village to fulfill her grandmother's last wish by teaching. Initially dismissed by villagers as a 'spoiled city girl', she stumbles upon an endangered ancient silver craft technique. While facing skepticism to promote this craft and help villagers get rich, she gradually understands and bonds with A Zhe, the reticent inheritor of the craft. They get involved in a family secret behind the silver craft. Finally, they turn the 'plain silverware' in the village into a 'golden phoenix' that lights up the mountain, and also gain reciprocal love.
