International agent Lin Lingqi goes undercover as a "butcher's son" to investigate a transnational wildlife smuggling ring, returning to his hometown's rural pork stall. He thinks his father Lin Dazhu is just a crass, penny-pinching old man—until he discovers Dazhu has long seen through his disguise: he secretly hides Lin's agent gun, and when villains arrive, uses his butcher's knife to unleash the moves of his former agent days, shielding his son.
