The illustrator Sang Yu goes to the ginkgo forest on the outskirts to paint every late autumn. This year, when ginkgo leaves start to yellow, she accidentally runs into Heng, who she hasn't seen for 28 years. Back then, he went abroad for further study and suddenly cut off contact, so Sang Yu gave up her promised art school offer and wasted half her life waiting with obsessions. Reunited, Heng, bearing his family enterprise crisis, approaches her with the untold pain of those years. The autumn wind blowing through ginkgo leaves hides unspoken crushes and missed youth. This long-overdue reunion is either a redemption to fill regrets or another storm disrupting their peaceful lives?
