Chen Mo, a top expert at the Urban Meteorological Research Institute, discovers during rainstorm data analysis that the "Countdown to the Rainstorm" is not a natural disaster warning, but a signal of other-dimensional disasters breaking through Earth's boundaries! Three years ago, he lost his parents, who were boundary guardians, in that rainstorm.
