Lin Xiaochuan, a poor young man, took the blame to save his friend but was framed and jailed by that very friend, his life hitting rock bottom. In prison, he meets a silent mysterious old man who not only teaches him a century-lost inner kung fu style but also reveals a shocking secret—his friend’s betrayal was a plot to steal his late mother’s inheritance! On his release day, holding half a jade token from the old man, Lin uses his new skills to fend off debt collectors, investigates the old man’s identity (rumored to be a descendant of a massacred martial arts family), and vows to make his betrayers pay. From a 'worthless prisoner' trampled by others to an avenger unfolding reverse plots, his journey of counterattack hides the old man’s long-held vendetta and his own re-examination of 'trust.'
