Surgeon Lin Xia, diagnosed with a rare amnesia, deliberately distances herself from her five-year boyfriend Chen Yu before leaving a note reading "Please Forget Me With Your Time" and vanishing without a trace. Chen Yu searches every spot they once shared, from the corner café to the seaside lighthouse, only to find Lin Xia’s medical certificate and an unsent engagement ring in an old photo album. When he finally locates her at a nursing home, Lin Xia no longer recognizes him, but the first keepsake Chen Yu pulls out is the movie ticket stub from their first date — he has never forgotten every moment they spent together.
