Shen Ming, 32, is a total workplace loser: dumped by his ex-wife, yelled at by his boss, and mocked by relatives for being “useless at raising a kid.” His only solace is his primary school son, Xiaoyu—until he finds a national Olympiad Mathematics gold medal in Xiaoyu’s bag. It turns out Xiaoyu isn’t a “bad student” but a top student with a “Parent-Child Top Student System”: every time he helps his dad, he unlocks new skills. Thus, the duo starts a “reverse carry” journey: Xiaoyu uses primary math to fix his dad’s project, uses classical Chinese to shut down a bully, and even helps his dad win back his crush. Shen Ming complains “a kid knows nothing” but secretly uses Xiaoyu’s tricks to close deals. When the once “loser duo” becomes a dual winner in work and school—even the ex-wife returns begging for remarriage—Shen Ming realizes: his son is his ultimate counterattack cheat code!
