Lin Xiaoman, an intern editor who’s a "transparent person" at work, spills milk tea on Lu Shiyan—the "untouchable flower" of the publishing industry one day. Since then, her life has been hit with a "coincidence switch": bumping into his arms on the subway, forgetting her keys after overtime only to find him waiting downstairs, and having her rejected manuscript picked up by him, who praises it as "full of spirit." Until she finds Lu Shiyan’s notebook—filled with her sticky notes, doodles of her eating buns, and the line: "Third time traveling back, finally waited for the day you spilled tea on me." It turns out Lu Shiyan traveled back from three years later; he missed her back then, and this time he wants to turn all "coincidences" into "my premeditated encounters." From confusion to attraction, this mutual affection story hides deep feelings in laughter and sincerity in accidents.
