Office worker Su Xiao hires a nanny for her sick mother, only to end up with distant cousin Wang Guifen—a "weird relative" who causes chaos: she pours health tea into the fish tank to "nourish the fish," washes apples with disinfectant for "better sterilization," and even makes Su Xiao's cat dance square dance to "boost immunity." The whole family is driven crazy yet amused, until Su Xiao discovers Wang Guifen has been secretly taking care of her mother—those "weird actions" are just unspoken care. A hilarious "nanny war" finally turns into the warmest reconciliation among family.
