Renowned painter Mo Bai loses his ability to perceive colors after an accident, seeing the world only in black and white. In his despair, he meets Xue Ying, a colorblind woman who can't distinguish black and white but has an extraordinary sensitivity to colors. They strike a deal to co-create a masterpiece: she describes colors while he paints. As the painting nears completion, Xue Ying mysteriously vanishes, leaving behind only a cryptic letter. Mo Bai must now choose between regaining his color vision and uncovering the truth behind Xue Ying's disappearance...
