A time-traveling fake county magistrate turns a poor Qin Dynasty county into a flourishing paradise with abundant grain and happy villagers. He wants to keep a low profile and pretend to be someone he's not, but unexpectedly, the original owner's father comes to settle scores, and soon after, he runs into the First Emperor on a private visit who's eyeing the high-yield potatoes in his mansion! Facing "the original father" about to expose his identity and the First Emperor wanting potato seeds, the protagonist has to hide from both sides, even accidentally mistaking the First Emperor for his father and causing a mix-up. With a lovely county girl secretly falling for him, a hilarious and sweet farce kicks off.
