Su Xiao, a tough corporate expert, is entrusted by her late neighbor Grandma Li to pose as her "distant daughter" and return to the bankrupt "Sunset Red" Nursing Home. To her shock, the facility has become a cash cow for the corrupt director—elders are deprived of proper meals, caregivers are unqualified temp workers, and even the pension fund has been embezzled. Su Xiao uses her "daughter" identity to calm the elderly, leverages her management experience to secretly investigate, rectifies chaos with hardcore methods, and discovers Grandma Li was the nursing home's founder—her impersonation was a protection plan. When the director's true colors are exposed, Su Xiao's real identity is revealed: she's a renowned corporate rescue expert. This "fake daughter journey" has long become a mutual redemption for her and Grandma Li.
