Beijing's top tycoon Li Baiyan has an obsession—eighteen years ago, when he was kidnapped, little He Tiantian saved him by calling the police with a found phone, then vanished after being chased. For 18 years, he searched everywhere until he saw the silver bracelet in He Tiantian's painting at an art exhibition—the same one he gave her as a child. He staged a "chance encounter" and proposed with fireworks, thinking he'd tricked her into marriage. This flash marriage was never his scheme—it was her 18-year wait to "keep the promise."
