Homeward on Shu Road

During the Spring Festival travel rush, migrant worker Chen Mo gets stranded on the treacherous Shu Road after a sudden snowstorm. He meets several other stranded travelers. At first, they bicker constantly, with one man angrily venting "I'd rather brave the tough Shu Road than wait here". As they pull together to get through food shortages and landslides, they open up about their personal struggles, let their guards down, and eventually support each other to head home safely, letting go of their own burdens along the way.
