Urban white-collar Lin Xiaoman rushes home when her grandfather falls seriously ill, forced to take over the failing old greenhouse. Gu Mingyuan, a returned agricultural technology PhD, suddenly arrives, wanting to use her greenhouse as a "smart agriculture test site." From mutual dislike to teamwork—Lin uses her street smarts to handle villagers' skepticism ("Can tech beat our old ways?"), while Gu solves planting problems with IoT and soilless cultivation, growing "golden strawberries" that sell at a premium. But as business booms, competitors sabotage the smart system, Grandpa's medical bills weigh on Lin, and Gu faces a career crisis over "test failure" rumors. Can they save their "golden gems"? And will their relationship, forged in dirt and sweat, bloom into something sweet?
