Five-year-old Lin Xiaoman has a superpower—she can understand animals. Her cold, aloof daddy Lin Shen, a CEO, secretly stopped taking his anxiety medication due to work stress. Even their cat "Orange Lord" is anxious: "If your human doesn't take his pills, I'll take his limited-edition pen to exchange for dried fish!" The stray dog "Ah Huang" from downstairs adds: "Yesterday I saw him squatting in my park spot, looking more down than me!" Xiaoman decides to be her daddy's savior, using animal "intel" to urge him to take medicine: hiding pills in his favorite braised pork, letting Orange Lord push the medicine to his hand, even bringing Ah Huang to block him outside his company—But Lin Shen thinks his daughter is being naughty. Until one night, he works overtime till midnight and finds Xiaoman sitting in the living room with Orange Lord, crying: "Daddy, Orange Lord said if you don't take your medicine, you won't be able to hold me anymore..." Only then does Lin Shen realize that the person who loves him most is his little girl who can talk to animals.
